To my stomach with everything going on in the world right now.
Social media is making me physically ill as well.

I cannot take seeing another shooting, murder, etc.

People posting videos... It's too much.

Log off and refocus your mind. Otherwise you’ll be caught in a loop and especially when everything is so algorithm based now. Watching one video is gonna alert it to show you more
