Decide to hope on a plane to Cork, Ireland and do some solo travelling.
My Dad’s dad (my granddad), who I never met as he died before I was born lived here and grew up in Greystones. So I thought to myself let’s go to where he grew up and even though I never met him I can see the streets he walked!
My Dad always tells me I’m very like him, calm natured and easy going. I believe at 35 I need to visit and feel him.
It may sound silly but I know when I get there he’ll be with me.
Damn empath in me getting all soppy!
