Every winner of BB season 3 onwards has won HOH and POV at least once.

season 3 Lisa- 2 HOHs one POV

Season 4 Jun   1 HOH  one POV

Season 5 Drew  4 HOHS one POV

Season 6 Maggie 1 HOH one POV

Season 7 Mike   3 HOHs one POV

Season 8 Dick   3 HOHS one POV

Season 9 Adam   2 HOHS one POV
