First thing you need to do is download tor browser- https://www.torproject.org/
Once your TOR Browser is installed it should say:
Which of the Following best describes your situation
click the top one that says Cᴏɴɴᴇᴄᴛ
and the browser should open!

Go to the top right of the screen and there should be an Oɴɪᴏɴ its the 2nd icon from the left click it and the top pick should be Nᴇᴡ Iᴅᴇɴɪᴛʏ!
When clicking new identity it removes your ip address and gives you a new one!
Go to the website ᴡᴡᴡ.ᴛᴇɴɢᴀɢᴇᴅ.ᴄᴏᴍ.ʙʀ!
You will be able to start making new accounts!
and I know you probably don't want to have to make emails for every single account
so use 10minutemail.com!
Once you make your FIRST Fake Account log out of it and repeat the following steps from the ~~~~~~~~~ Line
[:::NOTICE::::] Make sure you do a new identity each time or you will get banned!
