As we all know very well (some from personal experience), Tengaged_Moderation's punishments are highly subjective. The perfect solution: Create a system where uniform consequences are imposed for all players.
Basically, all punishments usually result from either:
1. Verbal or sexual abuse of another player
2. The creation of multis
3. Posting pornographic images
So why not define a set of punishments based on the number of offenses for each of these violations of TOS?
Example for the verbal/sexual abuse and multi violations:
First Offense - Admonishment (+ banishment of multi account)
Second Offense - Two week ban (+ banishment of multi account)
Third Offense - One month ban (+ banishment of multi account)
Fourth Offense - Permanent ban (of all accounts associated with the user)
AND UNBAN ALOHO!
