PETITION: Change rookies votes

When you lock in your votes, you should be able to change them.

You might make a decision you regret, or just change your mind.
If you agree, plus this blog, comments welcome!

Especially since in any other game you can and if your HoH you can change your nominations and if you have POV you can change who you give it too.
