Today is my fourth day of quitting smoking... let me tell you.. it's a lot harder then I expected. I am getting all sorts of strange side effects from the withdrawal that I really didn't expect.
My anxiety levels are through the roof, I constantly have this tight feeling in my chest, I am eating everything in sight, I am very jittery and have loads of energy!
In general I just don't feel like myself.
So that's how I stumbled up on this site, lol, I need something to keep my mind busy so I don't think about smoking!

I used Chantix and it made it easy-peasy. You should check it out. My quit date was 11/01/2008. I haven't had a cig nor a craving since then.
