can you design your own? and if so, how?

i need to funk my avatar up big time.

and if anyone's willing to help me, with a gift giveaway or anything, i'd be your bitch for life lol :)

You can make your own clothes, but it has to be up in shop or auctions to actually be able to wear it

You can design and upload to compete for an auction. You would need to spam to get it to auctions though. Then you would need Ts.
