So as there was a shit ton of speculation regarding the plot and the reasoning behind the events that had happened in tonight's episode, well I have come up with a theory and this is it.
In the opening credits, they state the 10 commandments in between each staring character in the show and then the episode speeds right into these gory and sexual and just overall disturbing scenarios that occur to those that check into the Hotel.
So then I came across a review on the episode that stated there was a killer based on the 10 commandments, and when the detective received the call in the "Scream" voice, seemed to be his debut.
My conclusion and theory on why the Hotel is the gory, torture system that is - is not only do the main characters have an infection that causes them to kill for the need of blood, as blood is their food and water like it is to humans - but they're in fact humanbeings (not vampires) .
So the first two victims in the show were the two girls who came off as greedy, and arrogant, and selfish and rude and were also drug junkies - the second victim being a flamboyant, rude, arrogant, junkie as well.
All the victims have one thing in common, and that is they've all broken a commandment and follow the seven original sins.
So the theory overall here is, the Hotel's purpose and Gaga's characters purpose along w/ Matt's character is they use the Hotel as a way to lur those that are selfish and greedy and lust over drugs/sex/etc and use them as their victims for the blood that they are in need of to survive and have bodily functions.
