These houseguests seem like they have incredible potential to make an exciting season & I am excited to see what's in store, this summer is going to be great. Here's what I observed from all of them:
Nick: Nick in my eyes is the fan favourite, mainly because he resembles Mike Boogie mixed with Dan Gheesling, and over the last few months, I really got to know Dan on his livestream he does, he's really entertaining and interactive, and Nick resembles his energy. I am pulling for Nick, mainly because I see potential in him making a huge move.
Helen seems like a strategic smart player, I think she has the ability to go far and I like her personality from her interview, i'd like to see her go far, lets see what she can do.
McCrae: This guy seems hilarious, I think he will have a target on his back though from previous seasons (Ian) winning, I think these houseguests are smart enough to not let anyone "nerdy" pass through.
Spencer: Seems like another Adam, without the 90210, and younger. If he is like Adam, but just a competitive version, he will go far.
Kaitlin: Seems really smart for someone her age, I wanna see her go far.
David: Last time there was a "surfer" dude well liked, it back-fired and was the first evicted houseguest (Braiden) lets hope David isn't one like but he doesn't seem like someone to make a big move. Lets see what he's capable of.
Elissa: Her voice screams "Rachel" already and her laugh, In a way, I hope she is a bit like her because then we're in for an excited season. I hope she lasts, but I dont want her to win, lets she if she shades her sister.
I'm too lazy to write about the rest, but they all seem like smart players who are willing to do anything to go far, if I had to choose my final 4 right here right now off first impressions, i'd choose:

Kaitlin
Helen
McCrae
