#20 SIMIPOUR
Simipour deserves a top 20 spot for some reasons. It has a unique move in Scald, which does a very nice 80 damage and even can get a burn on the opponent. Secondly, Simipour is the best non starter water pokemon in Unova, with the 2nd highest Special Attack in Unova. Including its availibility early in the game, Simipour is actually a great addition to your team if you have Snivy. Plus, it looks high.
