Is it Possible to Play Games any More Without Premades?

Sometimes I wonder if it is even worthwhile because I keep getting into games with premades and then I have no shot right away.

i find i get more success just joining a game if i see one or two people ive played with before and gettin an alliance out of it that way lol.
