To have a charity don't you have to be the first one to join the game to set it up? I mean you can't just join a game and proclaim:
"hey guys this is my charity, 5 years and i'm out of t's if not just let me know, so i don't keep posted looking stupid, and get booted for it because then i'll have to leave tengaged"
