Around really Christian people because even if they aren't actively thinking it something like "poor him, he's going to hell" or worse is probably at the back of thier minds since that's what that religion teaches. Threats like that are also what kept the people's temple in check, but that's just an observstion.
@jakehpu97 I was talking specifically about Christianity and about being an atheist, and for the record, Christianity condemns homosexuality, any Christian who states otherwise doesn't know or follow the bible, new testament or old.
