Popplio is dumb looking, its first evolution is dumb looking, its final form is meh.
Litten is okay looking, its first evolution is the best pokemon out of all 9 mentioned in this blog, its final form is repulsive.
Rowlet is dumb looking, but less so than Popplio, its first evolution looks great, its final evolution is the best final form and 2nd best overall poke.

100% agreed with this, littens first stage looks best but Rowlets final stage looks so badass and rowlet looks so fat and fuzzy that you wish you could cuddle with when you are in bed alone sometimes ugh!
