well i was a couple of days ago,
I was laying down in my room and i saw a human shadow with no arms or legs like move around my room.I was not moving and i have shande so it wasn't a branch from a tree.Maybe that show Ghost Hunters is real and IbeDuncan says it is real because he went to it live. (I'm not lying)
Probably a reflection from some other source of light (there was shadows so there was a source of light). Maybe off of something glass or shiny plastic, when the glass or plastic moves, the light moves. Try it with the bottom of a CD or DVD and a flashlight.
