The two tribes: Gondor and Rohan arrived at the edge of Fangorn forest there they were given directions to their camp on Gondor Faramir emerged as the leader of the tribe by guiding them to their camp while Merry was trying to just keep up. On Rohan all the tribe mates had mutual leadership with no one emerging as a leader but Eowyn was very weak and Boromir eventually had to help her carry the supplies. Both tribes set up their camps efficiently but in Gondor Gollum just sat on a log muttering to himself. At the first immunity challenge Rohan narrowly beat out Gondor thanks to Gandalfs leadership choose a player from Gondor you want gone if no one votes it will be random :/
