Sean was hilarious just based on the fact that he was so... stupid. And the ironic thing is that his profession was a doctor.

Yup, it's that simple. Sean being so utterly terrible at the game of Survivor is what puts him this high up on my list. The alphabet strategy, the Superpole 2000, realizing that an alliance existed about 9 entire days later than everyone else did. It was all totally lulzy.
Ik this is ending kind of abruptly but that's basically the gist of it. Thats why Sean is number 7 on the list :P.
