I would remove gloves maybe. I dunno, they look weird. I would also reveal less skin, save for the arms. It looks a bit weird. Maybe more clouds could fix that.

Looking at it more, the centre area looks like armour. :P

You could also try making the clouds go around like a scarf. :D

I sound so judgemental, which sucks. The design looks very clean and well done so far. :)

well Lakitu wears a shell and his underbelly is ridged so I tried to reflect that. Maybe I can make the gloves more green or darker so they contrast better?
