my father has given me shit for smoking weed. My father also has really bad back pain, he's constantly taking pills for his body aches and headaches. I visited my parents house for lunch last Sunday and my father joked about wanting to smoke a joint to see if it would really help with his back pain, since he's been so anti weed forever I assumed he was joking.
Then earlier today he called me and asked me if I would come over with weed...like he was totally serious. So I went and picked up, headed to my parents house and then we smoked a bowl...he was high as fuck and it was the funniest thing. We went out for smoothies and he was telling me how much he liked it and how he hadn't thought about problems in his life all day. My mom and I were laughing cause my dad is really argumentative all the time, it's just his character, but today he was like calm...nice...mellow.
And then like an hour ago before he went to bed he was like "Can we smoke more before I go to bed" and I was like "LOL YEAH" literally because I never thought I'd get to smoke with my father ever and well we smoked another bowl and he went to bed and he said he hadn't felt his back all day.
YES. LIFE. ACCOMPLISHED.
