is consuming 25-30 grams of protein a meal even beneficial to muscle mass? i always thought after you consume a certain amount of protein it has no greater effect on your body? but i keep reading comments in bulking forums that talk about consuming a shitload of protein every meal. wtf???

For a normal person who isn't exercising, there is a threshold of protein intake that after that point, you dont benefit anymore. However, if you are working out and exercising, then your body can increase the amount of protein it can use per day.
