Previously on Survivor Luck of the Draw...the trio of Patrick/Natalia/Sydney were on top of the world when they pulled off the move and blindsided the alliance led by Julissa. However….going into the F8 vote Tester had plans of his own. He used his social connections with James to learn that Julissa was on the hot seat. This allowed Tester to play his idol for Julissa….giving the alliance of Danny/Tester/Slothy/Julissa the power. It appears that the newbies have the power tonight…..but will Sydney/Natalia be able to turn things around?
7 players are left….who will be voted out tonight?
When the F7 return from tribal….Sydney/Natalia are very upset about what happened with Patrick. Sydney explained to Natalia that it would be VERY difficult for them to reach the end TOGETHER. Natalia agreed...asking what happened with Tester knowing that they were voting for Julissa. Sydney wondered if perhaps James had tried to fuck them over. The two agreed to be VERY careful with James...and then we got a confessional from each of them once the conversation ended.
Natalia: “Ugh I seriously think James fucked up our plans last vote. And for that...I WANT REVENGE”.
Sydney: “OMG...That tribal sucked. I was prepared to go to rocks...WELL that didn’t happen lol. So moving forward I ONLY trust Natalia in this game. I don’t know what is going on with James. He as we speak is talking with Tester/Slothy.”
After this the camera pans to James who is talking with Tester and Slothy. Tester explains to James that he used the knowledge he had gotten from him to know he had to play his idol for Julissa. James admits he is a little upset and feels a little played...however he hopes the two of them have his best interest. Slothy responds...listen man I really get good vibes from you. Right now...I seriously think we need to stay 3 strong. Danny/Julissa are close and then so are Sydney/Natalia. If we boot Sydney next vote...and then Julissa the following...we legit have all the control in the votes. James says that it makes the most sense for the three of them to stick together. He further explains that Sydney/Natalia are TIGHT...and he doesn’t want to be their third wheel. This is followed by both a Tester and James confessional
James: “That vote actually wasn’t worst case scenario. Now that Patrick is gone...I really don’t have to worry about the vets holding all the power. Now...I need to make sure that I am in a good position with Tester/Slothy...as they are my key to making it to the end.
Tester: “I am so proud of myself for that vote. I really think that voting out Patrick was key for me. Now James KNOWS there is 2 tight vets...and that he has no part in their game. The only thing I need to be careful about...is that Julissa can’t realize that I am replacing her in my alliance with James. James is a layup...and I can easily beat him in the end. Thus I need to keep him close.”
Right before this is happening...the Four (Julissa, Danny, Tester, Slothy) are discussing the game. Tester explains that the four of them NEED to stick together. He then mentions that James is willing to work with them moving forward...and that they can take out Sydney followed by Natalia. Danny agrees saying that it only makes sense. At this point...if one of the vets gets to the end….they have a good story to explain why they deserve to win. We have been targeting them for legit the entire game. The four agree to stick together...and then they all break up.
Just as they all attend the immunity challenge….we get a Julissa confessional
“I don’t know man….Tester and Slothy are really starting to seem sketchy to me. Who knows what they are up to. I mean they were clearly strategizing with James this morning. Also...how did Tester “know” I was receiving votes. I mean I guess I am threatening...however I really find it hard to believe that James wasn’t playing both sides last vote. I need to make sure I keep Danny close...because I might need him to make a move happen”.
IMMUNITY CHALLENGE: TESTER WINS IMMUNITY
Tester confessional: “I am safe at this tribal. That is awesome! Now I need to make sure that everyone on my side is fine with taking out Sydney. She is the biggest threat….and really the only obstacle right now on my path to victory”.
When the tribe returns from the challenge...the first thing we see is an encounter between James/Natalia/Sydney. Sydney asks James what he is thinking. James says idk honestly...I think I might just try to vote with the majority...whatever that may be. Sydney responds is there any way you might want to stick it to the end with us? James responds well if you can get a majority I might be down with whatever yalls are thinking. The three agreed to stay in touch...and broke up quickly. This conversation was led by a Sydney confessional.
Sydney: “That was sketchy as hell. James is acting SUPER fishy….which is why I think he is trying to make everyone happy. I think that if Julissa isn’t careful...that she might find herself on the bottom of a 5 person alliance. Tester is a smart guy. He knows how hard Julissa has played this game. Thus he HAS to be thinking two steps ahead. So I am going to wait and see how things play out over the next hour. HOWEVER...I do have my idol...AND I am prepared to use it on myself or Natalia if I have to. However...I really think we might be able to make a move this vote.”
As this is happening...we see Julissa/Danny/Tester/Slothy aside speaking to one another. As this is happening….Slothy says to the 4 of them that they should invite James over to their conversation so that they can make him feel apart of their group. James eventually comes over to talk with them...and the 5 of them agree on the fact that Sydney is the biggest threat...and that she should be targeted. Danny asks what they should do if one of them has an idol. James confirms to the 4 of them that he doubts she has an idol...and that she would have played it to avoid rocks at the last tribal. Thus the group settles on Sydney being the vote…
As this is happening...we get a confessional from Danny
“Right now in this game I trust only Julissa. Tester and Slothy are SUPER close...and they seem to have pulled James right in with them. Thus I need to be careful about that...and see what Julissa thinks about this.”
As this is happening…..Sydney/Natalia approach Julissa. Sydney says hey girl...I know we have not been on the same team..HOWEVER….being the only girls in this game left….AND the biggest threats left...WE REALLY need to be careful. I seriously think James is totally on team Slothy/Tester rn. Julissa responds I am not saying you are wrong...but what are you suggesting? Natalia responds we are willing to vote James out with you and Danny. Here is our thought process. James fucked us over last vote...that is revenge for us. ALSO...For the two of you James offers nothing good for you guys. For this ONE vote I think we should work together. We are willing to look out for you guys also...HOWEVER we don’t wanna push you into something you are not willing to commit to yet. Thus all we are suggesting for now is that the 4 of us look at the bigger picture...and realize that James could potentially be the key to the Slothy/Tester dominating the next 3 votes. Sydney then responds if we take out James...Tester/Slothy might be back on your guys side. I really think the benefits outweigh the risks for you at taking this chance. Julissa responds in all transparency...I have been thinking about you guys are suggesting. I will talk with Danny, and see what he thinks. The three break up...and we are left with one last conversation between Danny/Julissa
Julissa says to Danny you know you are my ride or die. Danny says same to you hun. Julissa says it appears that James/Natalia/Sydney have broke up...and that James is targeting Syd...and that Sydney/Natalia want to target James. Danny says REALLY, OMG. I meant to tell you after the conversation with the other three...I am really nervous about trusting that Tester/Slothy will stay loyal to us even after Sydney is gone. Julissa says EXACTLY. I am super nervous. They both know that James won’t win...so keeping him is smart for them. But for us...maybe Sydney is better for our game. Think about it...if James leaves Slothy/Tester still will probably want to work with us. Danny confirms I definitely think you have a point. We just need to make sure we are not underestimating how mad Slothy/Tester will be if we blindside them. Julissa agrees that they have to think about it before making a final decision. Just as they head off to tribal...we get confessionals from Sydney and Danny.
Sydney: “So my conversation with Julissa went better than expected. I really think they might be wanting to make this move. For now...I am not going to play my idol. If they vote for us tonight...we won’t make it to the end anyways. So It's a chance we have to take. If we have my idol at F6...me and Nat could potentially make it all the way.”
Danny: “This is a touch choice. I really think that the enemy you know is better than the enemy you don’t. We know what Sydney/Natalia are trying to accomplish. (get to the end together). HOWEVER we seriously don’t know what James intentions are. HOWEVER...the key to this all is that we need to protect Tester/Slothy from being pissed at us. Because if they want us out after this vote...Natalia/Sydney could very well team up with them. In turn...this is a VERY tough decision”.
TRIBAL COUNCIL
IF ANYONE HAS AN IDOL AND WOULD LIKE TO PLAY IT….NOW IS THE TIME TO DO SO.

*James looks at Sydney and Natalia…..Natalia says “that’s what you get bitch”, as Sydney just winks.”.......James just rolls his eyes…..gives them the middle finger back...and walks out.
