The simple answer is premade alliance of four trustworthy people.  But during the game you have to recruit a few more people in the beginning.
YES I KNOW ITS A TOTALLY LAME ANSWER BUT IT WORKS AND ITS ONE OF THE ONLY WAYS TO WIN!!! YOU WANT T$? THEN DO IT NOW! thanks :)  (oh but don't do it in a casting or rookies with me in it, or else I will crush you to a pulp)

The way to win at castings is to be active, collect keys, and do well on comps.  No premade needed

no game needs a premade u just need to be friends with lots of people on tengaged and u will end up joining a game with a friend on accident cuz thats what always happens to me
