Does anyone feel that there is a difference between fastings and rookies in this way?

Does anyone believe that loyalty is weighed differently in both games? I feel like being loyal in rookies is really big while in fastings its like w/e.  No one cares about lying in fastings but its a big deal in rookies.

Anyone feel the same way or am I just crazy? lol
