once again the british hopes of actually winning something are over. no matter what sport or what competiton it is the Brits get so close but then fall at the last few hurdles. England Under21s got to the final then lost to Germany. Murray got to the semi's and lost. British and Irish lions lost to south africa. England got into the last 4 at the 20-20 cricket championships and went out. England actually winning something decent this year now rests on the Cricket team to try and win the ashes.
And yet, cos im british we have the spirit and passion to go out and actually support our teams doing well in whatever they are doing past, present and future. but we will only lose again but we will bounce straight back next time a sporting event comes along just to lose in that.

Right......The best English joke came at the start of Wimbledon.
If Murray won Wimbledon then he would be classified as British but if he didn't he was Scottish so the result is: Scottish!
