Yes mail tmod and tell them that your wife will be logging on from the same computer. If you don't you will get red-nosed(can't join anything other than rookies games) and you can possibly get a ban and your wife's account would be permanently banned.
Also make sure that you do not join any games together. This is strictly off limits even if tengaged moderation knows and it can still result in a ban/red nose
