Giving Negs to People Offensive?

May 20, 2013 by SnaxAttack
imageWhenever I play a game of Casting Fastings usually my strategy is make an alliance, convince everyone in my alliance to plus our members comments and once in a while neg other members comments.  People I neg say this is offensive because I gave them one little minus instead of a plus which gets irritating over time even though its part of the game like backstabbing an ally.  We do this because we want to win and to win sometimes you'll have to do a dirty move.  An example for me was yesterday I was in a game made it to the final three.  One person was an ally of mine while the other was an inactive until the end of the game.  The person who was inactive for most of the game commented about something so to help increase my chances of winning I gave him a little minus and he got offended.  After I did that he started cursing in one comment which for me I'm used to it so I really wasn't offended, either way I won yesterday's game.  Personally I consider this strategy because like I said earlier you usually want to win and to do that you need to evict other people, but sometimes a certain person you want out get's POV a lot and there is practically no way on evicting that person except for either not to plus that person or neg them.  I prefer to neg them because that lowers their chances for getting POV and it's also easier instead of having to talk to everyone in the lobby to stop giving pluses.  So what I'm trying to ask is:

What's your opinion about giving minuses to others.

My opinion is it's strategy and part of the game.
