The latest case alleges that Trump, who also knows Epstein, raped the victim when she was 13 several times at parties at Epsteinās home in Manhattan. The victim today is about 33. The suit also involves the testimony of a woman who claimed to be a witness, using the alias, āTiffany Doeā in her testimony.
In the Trump/Epstein case, Trumpās attorney Alan Garten told Law Newz that the suit against Trump was āpolitically motivatedā and the accusations against him āunequivocally false.ā
The author of the Law Newz story, Rachel Stockman, the siteās managing editor and Mediaite.comās senior editor, describes the suit in her headline as having ālittle chance of succeeding.ā
Stockman, who assures readers that Law Newz will continue to keep its eye on the suitās docket said that the statute of limitations āhas run upā on many of the claims within the suit. She also noted that there is no known police report, DNA evidence, or taped conversations, and only the other testimony of āTiffany Doeā backing āJane Doeāsā statement.
Meagher, according to Stockman who noted the repercussions for false allegations in her story, said that Jane Doeās attorney, did not respond to multiple requests for comment to Law Newz.

I don't like Trump, but you can't just call someone a rapist when its an allegation. He could be one or could not be one, but that needs to be handled in a court of law.
LizzoBigGirl Itās been decided by a juror that heās a rapist and a federal judge upheld their decision. He has 27+ accusers including his ex wife and his money and court dodging doesnāt make him anymore innocent just because he had evaded accountability.
People should not comment if they are not up to date with the facts. Itās not speculative or an allegation. Itās been decided in a court of law. You donāt get to pick and choose which verdicts to acknowledge, under the eyes of the law heās a rapist and he is liable for that. I hope his many other victims do get justice in a court of law, but I wonāt hold my breath.
