NO EVICTION SPOILERS HERE. EVICTED PLAYER NOT REVEALED.
For each Big Brother episode this season, I will release a new list of houseguests I liked, didn't like, thought made shit moves, etc. Going from 1 (best) to 16 (worst). Yes, this will include the coaches, because although they aren't playing the same game, they have to play their own game well too. Here are my houseguest rankings after Episode 1:
#1 - Ian - How can you NOT like this guy, unless you have some phobia against awesome strategy loving nerds. I always like the guys who come in and say they want to play the game, whether or not those players have physical ability (Jessie-ish) or just mental capability (Ronnie-ish). I think Ian will go far and learn a lot under the mentorship of Boogie and he is my favorite contestant so far.
#2 - Boogie - The best coach in the Pick'Em by far. He grabbed one of each type of player. Ian is a strategic player, Frank is a likeable guy who seems to get along with the others, and Jenn is the Lydia-type "outcast" who is sure to either create drama or float around, either way it could get her far or knock her off quick. Jenn is the only Boogie-choice I was iffy about, but with the options he had left... what was he gonna do? I think Boogie at this point stands the best chance at the 100K, but that could always change. Also, he has aged a lot, so many wrinkles.
#3 - Joe - I don't know what it is about Joe but I think he could be a serious competitor or a total dropout. Either way, I like his vibe and he seems like a likeable guy who won't get in many fights. Kind of like Jenn, he's either out early or going far.
#4 - Jodi - I always get a warm heart from the black girls, I don't know why. I really liked Kalia and this season I really like Jodi. She seems like a down-to-earth player who, although she may struggle in challenges, could be a likeable floater. No doubt she's a floater though, I don't think there's a strategic bone in that girls body.
#5 - Frank - Mentioned this in Boogie's blurb. Boogie basically sums up my opinions on this guy perfectly. He's a guy who I think can get along with the girls and guys in the house and has a good enough personality and potentially a great strategic mind to make it all the way. It's also mentioned (although I didn't really see it) that he's a great athlete, so he should be a triple threat in the game. At this point, Frank is my 1 or 2 choice to win it all, but of course it's early. His only fault I can see is possibly getting the whole "too likeable for jury" spiel and getting evicted late.
#6 - Britney - Although I don't necessarily like the team she picked, I think someone like Shane could potentially win himself through the game. He's a huge challenge threat and Britney's choice to go with him early mgiht be what wins it for her or kills her. Only issue with Britney's team that I can see is too much personality. Britney herself is a little bit personality-overflown and the additions of Shane (who seems kind of like a d-bag) and JoJo (clearly full of personality) might be what loses her 100K. Still, a likeable person and that's why she's #6
#7 - Jenn - She seems like a likeable, cool person that could make it far Lydia-style. If she doesn't, I'm sure she'll stir up some shit before leaving. I keep comparing her to Lydia because of her look and how she seems to act. I don't think she's a huge threat to win but look to see a lot of drama around her.
#8 - Willie - People are already not giving him enough of a chance because he looks and acts like Russell. Sorry to burst your bubble guys, but Russell did make it to the finals twice and despite not winning when he made it, he played a damn hell good game and stirred up some shit. I think this season will circulate around Willie being an asshole OR around him running the game. I don't think he'll be the identical version of Russell and if he starts doing that, I hope his coach settles him down quick and tells him there's a better way to do it. Threat to make finals, probably won't win. Otherwise he'll at least be some entertainment.
#9 - Wil - Wow. Personality + personality + personality + personality = this guy. He's too over the top for my liking and I think he's an earlier out, but while he's still here he's high on the list because he's quirky and fucking funny to watch. Can't wait for live feeds to come on so I can see more of him being awesome.
#10 - Janelle - Made some good picks and overall has a solid chance to go to the end with 1 or even 2 of her players in Final 4. But, I just don't like her, she's annoying and she's far too loud and show-offish. Not sure how it works but I hope all 3 of her players are gone ASAP so she goes too. :P
#11 - Kara - Now we're getting into the players that I don't like. It's pretty blatant at always that the hot chick is a floater. And I don't like floaters, floaters should grab a life vest. She seems like a dumb hoe and although maybe she's a likeable, she's likely to also be annoying. Good riddens in the near future.
#12 - JoJo - Likeable but seems like she has too much personality and ego and that might rub off the wrong way on other houseguests. It certainly rubbed me the wrong way in the first episode. I'll watch some live feeds and get to know her better but right now, not a huge fan.
#13 - Shane - Not much to be said here. He seems and looks like a douchebag and I think he can probably turn on the charm with the ladies and make it far. Has good hopes to go far with athleticism and charm but he has come off so far to me as a douchebag and I don't like it.
#14 - Danielle - Another shit pick by Dan. Really. Brutal. She may have some strategy in her, but I think she's an early boot and she is just gonna blend in with the rest of the annoying chicks in this season.
#15 - Dan - The only reason he's not #16 is because I like him from previous seasons, but holy god did he blow with his team picks. He picked three dumb floater girls, not a single one has a chance to win hands down. They might be some of the first to go just because the house is filled to the brim with floaters. Bad choices, but a seemingly nice guy with some funny diary room confessions.
#16 - Ashley - Every word she spoke, I cringed. Annoying as shit. I don't care about Frogger, I don't care about you being all zen or you having a job that any normal moron can do. Please go home soon. Now. Just leave. Ashley, with a vote of 4000 to 0, you have been evicted from the house. Leave. Pack your bags and go.
Anyways, those are my rankings. I'll be watching live feeds and probably giving some updates or any changes to my opinions in more blogs, so keep an eye out if you liked this one.
