why cant I vote on some peoples blogs and why can I delete blogs?

you can delete your own blogs if you decide to, the ones you cant vote for are the ones you already voted for

Umm I can't delete my blogs that are older than 1 day nor vote blogs that are older than 1 day :/  so i get what your saying.

yeah you can't vote on blogs a day old.
