Also Maryse and Lana are considered to return to action but that is not official or close to being official.
With that said, Eva Marie's and Paige's suspensions are soon to be over. Paige was drafted to the Raw brand while Eva Marie is still on the Smackdown brand. We could potentially see a Summer Rae with Sasha Banks feud with Paige, Charlotte, or Bayley (renewed from NXT). We could also see a championship match between Paige, Charlotte, Bayley, and Sasha Banks.

Rosa Mendes is working on her return to the Smackdown or Raw roster (I see her going to Smackdown)
Emma most likely will be coming back to the Raw brand and teaming with Dana Brooke again, assuming Dana's feud with Charlotte hits home prompting Emma to return to the red brand.

Why would they bring back Rosa Mendes? She can't even wrestle, she's worse than Eva Marie.
C_Shizz96 Oh, I heard Eva's doesn't end until next week or something like that. Oh and Rosa has never been off the roster, they are probably using her as a jobber or as competition for people like Carmella. But she hinted at a push for the championship, she has to improve A LOT. She's only had like 6 matches.
Steven999 Melina has talked about a return for sure, Maryse has hinted at it, Lana wants to wrestle but they are keeping her with Rusev for the time being, and Victoria is being swayed but she is 45 so she may or may not want to return, but I think she can do a lot. They tried getting Michelle McCool for sometime now, but she was diagnosed with skin cancer and has a child so I don't think she will return.
Personally, I think The Miz and Maryse should've been split along with Lana and Rusev during the draft so they could all pursue their careers. Maryse was the original longest reigning Divas champion and the first to have it twice.
Sadly, I don't think AJ will return as long as CM Punk is in the UFC

Melina has said she really wants to return and has talked terms with WWE on her return
