Bay will use the power, but i think it will just solidify herself as the first jury member. She doesn'tcontrol the veto ceromony nominations  so if one of her noms win, Angela will just backdoor Bay

I think if someone on her side can win veto she will be good, but........... that's a 3 / 6 chance and even a 4 / 6 chance if the 4th gets chosen
