This is a great documentary! It really helps explain several things related to food in America. It talks about why American's are overweight, it talks about the contamination going on in meat factories, it talks about the cruelty to animals before they are butchered, and it talks about the struggling farmers in America.
One of the positive messages that it shares in the movie are the things that we can do to make a change. Things like buying our vegetables at local farmers markets and boycot places like Wal*Mart and McDonald's.
