be active
give a 3 to the most active person (as long as they arent in your alliance) no matter what.
plus AND neg, this is better than simply plussing only, or negging only (negging your PMs count too, these help a lot!) and don't feel bad about negging!
give a 1 to the most inactive person, they will most likely be Algo'd.
if you neg, don't make it obvious people are getting negged (e.g. don't neg comments on page 1/2 that are at +0)
anyways these are my basic casting guidelines that i try to go by, but you can play however you want! good luck :)
