I tried to make a top 10 but it was too hard. These people are not only good players, they are friendly, loyal, and help others as much as possible. If you weren't included, it just means I don't know you or haven't seen how nice a person you are.
If I ever neg your blog, I will leave a comment and I never neg a blog unless it is report worthy. As to your designs, I won't neg them either even if they are beating mine. I know how hard a good design is to make and they shouldn't be negged unless they have real flaws in it. For instance, yesterday, I negged 1 person's design but told them why: their body color was not transparent.
