Music college sucked

imageim just going to rant here. Ive been trained in classical opera and some piano for the past 5 years, and I was so sure that's what I wanted to do. I went to a very nice music school for almost the first year of my college career, and ended up hating it so much, i withdrew.

Doing this, i upset so many people apparently? Like, ive gotten comments like, "you leaving music school is a dissapointment to society" and "you dont give up shit like this"

I mean, im grown. I can make my own choices, music is a hobby, not something i want to be graded on, and now i realize that. Im transferring somewhere else soon for Chemistry, something i've wanted to do for the past 3 years now.

But until then, im enjoying my time off :)
