Tbh, it works to say tbh before you make a statement or if you are saying something matter-of-factly or honestly.
But to just insert it in random places...stop. "Tell him I said hi tbh" or "pyn tbh"...NO. THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE. And it doesn't make you sound cool, either.
