why are shop owners ignoring design requests?

we offer to pay 1000ts for it and they want to keep posting garbage designs and dont answer mails
how about listening to public people?

Same, I got ignored whenever I even asked if they could post one - I was completely denied lol. Oh well, I just wont spend my money in their shop ;)
