1) higher incentive to throw comps to let your friends/allies merge.
2) higher incentive to enroll multis on OT because you may swap with them
3) higher incentive to join in large permades because you can actually merge with more ppl
4) comp skills dont matter as much. A low scorer violets , is much LESS detrimental to the tribe
5) it is HARDER for someone trying to *NOT CHEAT* and *NOT JOIN IN PREMADES* to merge let alone to get on any streak
LONG EXPLANATION :
Before the swap came in, the major problem with survivor (BESIDES CHEATING) was that there were some super tribes better than everyone else . For example, back in the day, a solid alliance of 6-7 me, suzycroatiapancakesevitaadon_draperaes222aes only lost deal or sometimes guitar. We basically merged as long as we wanted until some of us got bored, others banned (ahem #alireza1373).
With swaps though, what me and gigi10 's tribe figured out was that you need a bigger alliance say 10. Survivor is now a 20 player game and once you have 10 people working together on BOTH tribes to get the exact number of wins you need, you pretty much keep merging as long as you want. There are some hard cases where you swap in minority of 1-3 but good survivor players can usually make it out of minority one or two times and coast along the other 20 merges.
Not sure what the soln would be if randomize even gave a shit but clearly the cheating and multis have to be stopped for the games to mean anything whatsoever first.
I mean to be fair Pancakes is the king of survivor on all sites. No one will ever touch his .es 243 streak the closest .com got was 100+ with bluestar and she hasn't played in years
