It does not work it actually can prevent your body to stop making its own Melatonin which when you do not have Melatonin you will struggle worst. Down the line it could cause issues for overusing it every night.
Not at all. I have gummies i just pop one in 30 min before i want to go to sleep and i can usually fall asleep within 5 min after that time. Doesn’t affect me into the next day or make me any more or less sluggish so you’re gyming should be normal. bomberv
Psychotherapy and/or effective insomnia medication has better long term effects than long term use of melatonin. If you use melatonin too much it can become hard for your body to naturally produce melatonin. Also apps like calm or other meditation apps can help.
