i feel like people shouldnt be getting banned

for multis and such when this site was inactive and unmoderated for like over a year... i liked the idea of having their karma cut in half or something....but you cant leave for a year and expect everyone to follow the rules when there is no one to enforce them.

this is why we need a MOD who was active during this time can actually fairly take action and BAN the MULTIS but let people keep their main accounts. randomize

I get both sides of the argument but it truly has to be an all or nothing approach...you can't go after someone like a negan unless you also go after the one that used 1 multi for personal gain...

I suppose I can see both sides of the argument, but I have to disagree. Just because no mods were around doesn't mean rando shouldn't have the right to ban people for breaking rules that were specifically stated on his website that they were using.

well for one murder is much different than having a multi on tengaged.com
take for example a school, if a teacher is supposed to be supervision the students (like moderation did for us) but the teacher just leaves and the students end up getting hurt or doing something mildly against the rules...whos going to get in more trouble? sure the students may get a little slap on the hand or some sort of punishment, but the fault was really of the trusted teacher/supervisor that left them.

"mildly against the rules"??? people ruined games on here, and made a ton of extra accounts as well as posting porn. People did things that can warrant permanent bans, so I don't think it's right to compare it to a student doing something mildly against the rules either.

and the difference in your analogy as that the teachers are subject to their bosses (principals, etc). This is randomize website, if people break his rules he can punish them regardless of if he was around at the time.
