What is the difference between newbies and rookies?

Newbies is the Casting game where the algo automatically nominates three people. In Rookies, the HoH determined by the algo nominates two people while the algo nominates a third. Veto is then put into play that can make sure one of those nominated doesn't go home, even if they have the most votes to be evicted. :)
