Gonna share for all my fellow Gym Junkies out there.
Today I hit a lifetime deadlift PR and was super excited about it!
Increased my 1 rep max sumo lift from 385 -> 410!!! Officially hit 4 plates (+ a cookie!)
Now I just gotta get my conventional DL to 405.
Anyways that's all, I'll stop being a complete bro now. 馃槀
