His champion selection quote, and one of the most known and mimicked catch phrases in League of Legends. One way to describe Draven is, simply put, douchebag. He represents the typical self absorbed person and exudes cockiness, which is a theme that his kit and his quotes represent very well with several occurrences of him referring to himself in 3rd person among various stints of him talking about just how amazing he is. "Perfection? I got that." "Not 'Draven'... 'DRAAAAVEN'!!"
A ridiculous amount of people have taken a liking to Draven, and the champion boasts a huge following through several internet memes including playing around with his main quote: "( ͡°┏ ⌣ ┓ ͡°) Welcome to the league of donger ( ͡°┏ ⌣ ┓ ͡°)" - popular Twitch chat spam in reference to Heimerdinger and Draven's quote, and even in the Jinx teaser music video, League of Legends can be seen written on the wall in the street with "Legends" crossed out with Jinx written under it, basically saying League of Jinx - which is a semi-reference to the original Draven quote. Other memes include attaching his face (emphasis on his mustache and smile) to pictures of either other people, other champions, or animals. This guy, for one reason or another, has a strangely large following with a fairly unique personality to boot, which lands him on this list. Did I mention that he's annoying as hell to play against? God forbid you die to him in lane, watch him come back with a BF sword before ten minutes (like... seriously?)
