On Xmas day we do a money tree... we have mini stockings on a tree and we put anywhere from 1 dollar to 100 dollars (everyone pitches in a few bucks, and the money is distributed in various stockings). Participants draw numbers and selects a stocking... keeping whatever they have inside.
