Free Palestine! My biggest grower this year was Latvia (+11) followed by Portugal and Switzerland (+10). All three were amazing and the live performances really sold me last night. Latvia for sure deserved its qualification. In terms of biggest grown offers, we have San Marino (-11), Luxembourg (-9) and Austria (-7)
