How come I didn't get rewarded?

I got 7th place and 9th place in a slow casting and yet her I am stuck with 0 karma still.

I thought those placings in castings reward you some karma and T$?

I emailed tengaged_moderation but they said they can't do anything about it! :/

If the number under the apple is at 0 when you get out, then you get nothing
