Well I promised a second. Gonna be quick about this one though.\r\n\r\nThis game has provided me with a little more insight about how people vote, be it off the cuff or strategically. I\'m amazed to discover one of my posts had a negative 3 but thats by the by the important thing I learned studying the last few conversations is that most people are talking "behind the scenes" as it were. One of the housemates is quite concerned about the upcoming eviction in over 12 hours but I think he\'s going to be fine. The house know who I want gone so fingers crossed the guy I want out will be and those that deserve a spot in the final day actually make it there.\r\n\r\nRight, I need to amscray and make sure the guy who is taking over is awake!
So we're a little ahead of the curve but I figured I'd like to post, the people within this game are really really worried for some reason. Yes I know that looming eviction is always gonna hurt but personally if you maintain a good rappor with the players and look like you're enjoying yourself then why shouldn't you stay around?
I've had messages off other players asking who I nominated, if I'm aligned or "tight" with anyone. This is what worries me about moving into a rookies style game because back a few years ago I competed in these Big Brother games that lasted TWO MONTHS! And yet here I am almost a third day into the events and I find myself in a middle of mixed up players unsure of their position.
Initially it makes me feel good because right now I look at it like this; I strive to make finals - albeit every game I want to be in, I want to be in the top 3 because my last two performances have been nothing short of good. People said in my last game that I could've won but that wasn't the case and you move on.
I just wish that people wouldn't be so edgy. Its only a week.
Well I started a new game now. This is my third, coming in without prior knowledge about any of the housemates is always good. Things have been tossed around and it seems that this game will focus more on alliances, something I'm not familiar with when it comes to a newbies game.
I'm remaining constant and active but theres always something worrying every person. Especially when they're up for the chop. I'm a little concerned about how my previous positions will effect the way the other players vote if I am nominated.
So far I know I'm not the first out the door which is reassuring - I'm playing it by ear for the most part.
I finished 2nd. Thats pretty impressive. Plus I'm eligible for a rookies class competition. Although I'm sticking with newbies for the moment because i'm FAR more comfortable.
Well, this is familiar. I've made it to the final day.
Mirroring my previous game I managed to get here without any fear of being nominated. Either the algorithm gave some of my nomination days to Llama or I'm not bad at this newbies game. We're down to five;
Myself, Jessica, Lexxu, Llama and Lyndo. So as a final post before I go to work this is how I predict the game will turn out.
I'm guaranteed a finalist spot. I'm more broken for Llama, the poor guy has been nominated every single day since the game began. On the plus note I lasted the seven days. Woop. Poetic asked to be voted off which is amicable of her because she wanted to go for her Grandma so good luck to her.
Now all that remains is the final day, looking at things like nominations this is how is currently stands;
Vote4Llama - 5 Times Up
Lyndo - 2 Times Up
Lexxu & Napes - 1 Time Up
Me & Jessica - 0 Times Up
Could this be a sign that myself and Jessica are going further? I'm glad to say that in both games I've been in I've never been nominated nor do I wish to be in that position ever in my Big Brother career either. But as it stands we're currently the powerhouses to beat.
Personally, if Llama won it would turn the game on its head. And possibly be one of the biggest twists of a game ever, the person who was nominated EVERYDAY won. But we'll see how it goes. I'm tired I'm going to bed.
