WHAT?!
Day 1: All 10 start the chit chat and finish the challenges.
Day 2: Algo calculates the Top 5 players who receive immunity(PoV). The other 5 players vote for one person to be evicted except the 5 having PoV. The 5 having PoV also vote to decide the person with max votes gets evicted or receives power of elimination (PoE). They all also do the challenges and commenting. [if evicted then we go to Day 3 and if gets majority for PoE then he's safe and votes out anyone of the 4, having 2 mins time to do so.]
Day 3: Algo calcs Top 4 players. The other 5 vote for one to be out and top 4 again do their job and rest same as above.
Day 4, 5 & 6: Top 3 calc and the same thing.
[also maybe if the players gets unanimously voted (taking risk of voting self and wins PoE then can vote out the PoV players too!)]
Day 7 : 2 PoV winners and 3 decide on the vote-out. 1 evicted. They do the challenges and talking.
Day 8 (Finally!): Maybe we can bring a new twist to the game by letting them select their pair (or the algo randomly pairs them for the final day). So, it will 2 on 2, they do the chatting and challenges. The better will get 1st and 2nd (based on whole games play) and 3rd & 4th between the losing pair.
OR
1 person wins PoV and 1 gets evicted and we go to Day 9
Day 9 : The final 3 gets to post their final speeches and 4th - 8th vote for the winner (12 hours time to vote?)!

FAQ?
Day 1 is fixed 10 min long. Other days the DC happens as soon as everyone has voted. (or maybe they held it back to make up for their bad score by voting at the last second, and it may backfire. But the algo can also decide on top players on quickness of voting and doing the challenges (Health also counts on that time). If the top 3 for next day are same then only 1 of them is randomly safe and next highest wins PoV.

Insight.
This was my Group Game idea a long time ago. Didn't turn out well that time, the prices and selection of top players wasn't there & many other things. I just tweaked it a bit.
Too lazy to work on the screenies, they really give a good overview of the game idea. D:
Rechazar is a Spanish verb for a lot of things including Vote-Out.

Share your views on this. I know a lot can be done to this but also keep in mind the coding and work Mr. Randomize will have to put to make this a game, so simplicity is better.
