Sorry, snowflakes, but I don't see anywhere in this definition saying that racism is specific towards solely minority groups. Racism is racism. You can call it what you want, but a spade's a spade either way. "Reverse racism" is simply racism, and calling racism towards white people "reverse racism" is just an attempt to make it seem as though it doesn't exist or it doesn't deserve to be taken as seriously as "real" racism.
